Included are a surimi textbook (Second Edition 2005): SURIMI AND SURIMI SEAFOOD: CRC Press (Publisher); Jae Park (Editor) ($160), surimi school hat or bag, surimi school pen, two luncheons, three continental breakfasts, and coffee breaks.
